MyLifter Motor Service

To proceed with the MyLifter repair service, please ship the MyLifter motor(s) to the following address:

To help streamline the repair process and prevent unnecessary parts from being misplaced, please send only the MyLifter motor(s). There is no need to include power cables, pins, pulleys, power adapters, or any other accessories.

Please package the MyLifter motor(s) securely using bubble wrap or other protective padding. Proper packaging is important to help prevent additional damage during transit. We recommend placing the wrapped motor inside a sturdy shipping box with enough cushioning to prevent it from moving during shipment.

Repair Cost & Shipping

• $100 per motor, which includes the repair, all needed replacement parts, and quality testing.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the motor(s) to Garage Smart.
• We will cover the cost of return shipping back to you.

Once we receive your motor(s), our technician will complete the repair and perform thorough quality testing to ensure everything is functioning properly. As soon as the repair is complete, we will ship the repaired motor(s) back to you.

Payment is required before we can begin the repair.
